The total investment of the project is 2.9 billion yuan, This  project is covering an area of 168 mu, with chip manufacturing purification workshop, packaging workshop, chip testing workshop, etc. Qingdao Huike plans to produce 200000 chips and 100000 WLCSP packages per month.
