Qingdao Huike was registered and established in April 2019. It is the first semiconductor factory of Huike Group to extend the upstream and downstream industrial chain. With a total investment of 2.9 billion yuan, it is deployed in the fields of semiconductor materials, chips, and packaging and testing. Gathering several domestic and foreign power semiconductor experts, they have been approved and applied for more than one hundred semiconductor patents, adhering to the mission of driving Chinese brands with innovation and empowering national enterprises with value, and setting up R&D and service teams in Shenzhen and the Yangtze River Delta.

In the first phase of the project, a 6-inch power device chip manufacturing purification workshop of nearly 10,000 square meters , a 9,000 square meter advanced packaging into tube packaging workshop, a 1,000 square meter SiC and other special product pilot line (medium test line) will be built , and it is committed to building the largest single-cell production capacity in China. the six inches of new power devices world-class production base and build a platform for cooperation.

After completion, it will reach an annual production scale of 2.4 million chips and 1 million advanced packaging chips, with an annual output value of 2.8 billion and a tax of 400 million.
