Project Introduction
QINGDAO HKC MICROELECTRONIC CO.,LTD. is the first semiconductor factory extending from the upstream and downstream industrial chains in HKC, with a total investment of 2.9 billion yuan. It lays out the fields of semiconductor materials, chips and sealing and testing. It adopts IDMS mode integrating research and development, design, manufacturing and sales to build a 6-inch new power device production line with the largest single production capacity in China. The products cover the application fields of intelligent household appliances, intelligent manufacturing, network communication, automotive electronics, etc. Upon completion, it will reach an annual production scale of 2.4 million chips and 1 million advanced packaged chips, with an annual output value of 2.8 billion and a tax revenue of 400 million.
